Position Summary
This position will be responsible for:
- Being able to manipulate very delicate and fragile parts
Prepare customer materials for cutting or slicing.
- Mounting customer materials into machines
- Operating diamond wire saws, lapping and polishing equipment.
- Debonding/dismounting customer materials
- Measurement, packaging and reporting on machine operation and material specifications.
Basic maintenance of the machines ensuring proper machine conditions
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in Hand Tools, Precision Gauges,
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Self-Motivated
- Detail Oriented
- Availability 40 hrs./week M-F
- Occasional (<10%) Weekend work, potential two hourly different shifts morning or afternoon.
- Good communication and Teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
