This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving tier-1 system issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, particularly Workday. Associate HR Technology Analyst will be the face of HR technology, providing frontline support, troubleshooting, and driving operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Ticket Management: Serve as the first tier for incoming tickets, addressing and resolving day-to-day system questions across Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
- Testing and Auditing: Perform regular system audits and act as the primary tester for new Workday releases and features.
- Training and Support: Assist in providing end-user training and support to ensure optimal system utilization.
- Customer Service: Deliver top-tier customer service by proactively addressing system issues and escalating complex cases to tier 2 or 3 as needed.
- Reporting: Gather report requirements from end-users and collaborate with analysts for report development.
- System Monitoring: Track and report on system performance metrics and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, system changes, and resolutions.
- 2 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Workday modules and ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, including Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
