Our Internship Program will allow students to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of Internal Audit, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career in Risk Management/Audit field.

What can I expect as an Intern?
On-the-job Learning
- Internal Audit Interns will support our experienced Audit teams in performing individual audit engagements by executing audit testing defined by the test program and creating work papers
- Gain knowledge of the Insurance Industry and Internal Audit methodology
- Ensure that audits are conducted in line with the professional guidelines and the departmental policy
- Contribute to the audit planning process, which involves the creation of a Risk Control Matrix to determine the audit scope
- Assist the Audit Team in the completion of an audit by performing fieldwork testing
- Contribute to reporting audit issues to management and issue follow-up to ensure that issues are appropriately addressed

What will I need to be as an Intern?
- Candidates must be Seniors graduating in December 2025 from an accredited university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Ability to be a critical thinker to identify and analyze risks and appropriate solutions
- Strong analytical and quantitative, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with rapidly changing priorities and demands
- Local to the desired office location or able to secure housing and transportation in the area
- Eligible candidates must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without restriction
