Position Overview:
As an Auto Glass and Tint Installation Technician, you will collaborate with both our sales and service departments to expertly install vehicle window tints. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and communicating any issues that may affect glass installation
- Carefully removing damaged glass without causing additional harm to customer vehicles
- Completing all necessary documentation
- Keeping repair areas dry and free from moisture
- Inspecting windshields and windows to determine if they should be repaired or replaced
- Accurately measuring, cutting, and applying tint film to vehicle windows

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality work independently, without direct supervision.
- Adhere to dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to hazardous materials.
- Apply primer to damaged areas of windshields and windows.
- Weatherproof glass by treating outer surfaces and installing rubber seals.
- Remove and replace moldings, wipers, screws, bolts, and clips as needed.
- Inject resin into small chips or cracks.
- Identify issues that may affect installation, such as rust or vehicle damage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing our customers' needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience installing auto glass and window tint.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks independently and on time.
- Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and auto glass best practices.
- Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn innovative technologies and repair procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
