• Efficiently perform work outlined on repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicles and systems
• Diagnose and repair various automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and climate control
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and time estimates to customers
• Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
  
  
  Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of basic automotive experience preferred (not required)
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in vehicle service and repair
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
