What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Paid Media & Paid Social, PF position at Sonabank?
Position Summary : This position will be primarily responsible for advertising Panacea Financial across multiple platforms and channels to ensure our paid brand and lead-generation tactics are working according to established goals and ROI metrics.
Essential Functions
- Creates, manages, tracks, optimizes, and otherwise handles all aspects of paid media / social channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Reddit Ads.
- Conceptualizes new campaigns for paid media / social and works with the Content Manager and Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life.
- Optimizes keywords, audiences, retargeting, ads copy, and ads design to ensure optimal performance of all efforts.
- Implements A / B testing methodologies to experiment with different elements of campaigns, such as ad variations, targeting criteria, and bidding strategies, to optimize performance continuously.
- Focuses on improving conversion rates by analyzing user behavior and making data-driven adjustments to landing pages, ad creatives, and other elements of the conversion funnel.
- Ensures a seamless integration between paid media efforts and other marketing channels, fostering a unified brand message and maximizing the overall impact of marketing campaigns.
- Develops a deep understanding of the customer journey and tailors paid media strategies to align with different stages of the buying process.
- Regularly conducts competitor analysis in the paid media landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Monitors performance of all paid channels.
- Prepares monthly marketing reports by collecting and summarizing data.
- Tracks paid media and paid social budgets against actual spend. Makes recommendations regarding future budget while forecasting spend and results.
- Stays up-to-date on all announcements and trends related to paid media / social so that Panacea Financial consistently excels and stays at the forefront of paid media / social tactics and implementation.
- Spearheads the brand ambassador program including meeting monthly with the ambassadors, communicating content ideas and campaigns, and measuring and tracking success.
- Explores other paid media opportunities such as display advertising and content syndication where and when it makes sense to do so.
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
