POSITION SUMMARY
With minimal supervision, the Engineering Review Inspector will be expected to perform job packet inspection and create/review first article inspection reports (FAIR) to verify conformance to customer requirements prior to release to manufacturing. While performing all duties and responsibilities the Quality Review Inspector will always model Sonaca North America values and principles and act in a manner consistent with the Sonaca North Americ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inspection on assembled job packets, both new and previously ran parts
- Perform review of already created FAIR
- Create new FAIR in all AS9102 formats used
- Create and upload Net Inspect information
- Understanding customer requirements
- Perform all duties related to the quality section of Contract Review
- Work well with other departments both internal and external to Engineering
- Create and modify Inspection Check Lists forms for productions orders

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Graduate or the equivalent
- Education or experience in an inspection environment preferred
- Must have general math knowledge and be familiar with the decimal system
- Must have basic computer/keyboard knowledge
- Must be able to read and understand dimensions and tolerances of blue prints
- Must be able to read and understand specifications and quality documents

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time. Must be able to move throughout the manufacturing area and talk, hear or otherwise communicate with employees, management and others. Inspector will be required to lift up to 25 pounds without resistance occasionally.
- Work Environment: Normal work environment requires individual to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the shop floor. Special Requirement: The ability to work extended hours to accommodate customer requirements, including possible weekends, as required.
