Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst with Model Based Systems Engineering experience to support the U.S. Navy in improving the operational employment of Surface Ship Combat Systems and in developing associated Training requirements. Required Qualifications:
- Model Based Systems Engineering Experience with recent experience in the use of CAMEO system/software modeling software.
- Ability to review System Engineering documents and diagrams in support of Ship Change Requirements.
- U.S. Citizenship, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*.
Desired, but not required:
- Technical Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
- Former Navy Surface ship experience as an Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist (ESWS), Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), Limited Duty Officer (LDO) or Chief Warrant Officer (CWO).
- Familiarity with shipboard training requirements and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in
- System Test and Evaluation.
- Navy training development (Navy Instructor/Master Training Specialist (MTS)).
*Maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance involves a comprehensive background check. Candidates are eligible for a clearance if they have demonstrated sound financial management (including good credit) over time, are free of criminal records, have limited foreign contacts or ties, and other factors indicative of a position of trust to protect information sensitive to the U.S. Government.
