Sonalysts, Inc., an innovative, employee-owned company, is seeking a training system integration specialist with experience supporting the U.S. Space Force (USSF). The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to combine the Standard Space Trainer (SST) and the Space Wargaming Analysis, Readiness, and Mission-planner (SWARM) to provide an enhanced USSF exercise capability.
The position will require the potential partner to work on-site at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB) and may require some travel in support of the project.

What you will be doing:
- Provide knowledge of designated DoD Joint operations, space operations, orbital mechanics, and insight into exercise/wargaming needs. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Draft/review documentation to support the training system integration effort.
- Develop scenarios supporting exercise/wargaming events.
- Provide familiarization training to exercise/wargaming cadre on the capabilities of the training system.
- Assist in the planning, script development, and observation of exercise/wargaming events.
- Perform on-site demonstrations of the training system and associated scenarios.
- Perform troubleshooting on training system.
- Assist project teams on the design, development, and integration of the training system with the government’s mission planning software.
- Serve as Sonalysts on-site representative at the training squadron; perform as liaison between Sonalysts and the government.
- Provide training system knowledge and SST expertise.

Required Qualifications:
- Former USSF/USAF representative with experience supporting U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) and/or Space Training and Readiness (STARCOM) Exercises/Wargames.
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years’ of equivalent related experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TOP SECRET security clearance, SCI eligible*
Preferred, but not required:
- Satellite operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience in any of the following areas:
- Orbital Mechanics
- Project and/or Software integration
- Military Test, Training, and Evaluation experience
- Knowledge of SST, SWARM, and other USSF Modeling/Simulation Software
- Knowledge of the AGILE software development process
