Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Support:
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with representatives.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries regarding product orders, shipping, billing, and general support.
- Collaborate closely with the RMA department to ensure efficient handling of returns and related processes.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and service requests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Serve as an expert in our online customer portal.
- Conduct comprehensive in-person and online trainings for customers, representatives, and employees to educate them on operational tools.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, aligning them with company OKRs.
- Follow up on leads and drive customer adoption.
- Comfortable with data analysis and monthly reporting for the Inside Sales Specialist team and Sales team.
- Team Support:
- Drive adoption of orders through our My Sonance platform, identifying exceptions and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to align strategies, share market insights, and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
- Training and Hands-On Product Installation:
- Participate in product training sessions, including hands-on installation experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest products and technologies to provide accurate support to customers and team members.
- Data & Reporting:
- Analyze open order reports to deliver precise data to teams and team members.
- Communicate key data insights effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data provided for reporting purposes, including the Inside Sales Specialist Monthly Report.
- International Sales Support:
- Assist international customers, including providing proforma invoices when required.
- Support international customers with documentation needs, including familiarity with Incoterms, VAT, HTS codes, customs clearance, and product certifications.
- Knowledge or experience in the speaker manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate across departments such as Design Services, Field Support, Engineering, Warehouse Operations, and Tech Support.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various communication channels.

- Customer-centric mindset with proficiency in multitasking and managing simultaneous phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF, Zoom, Box, and other online tools.
- Capability to analyze and interpret data, including familiarity with open order reports.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Three to five years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.
- Experience in handling international sales documentation is advantageous.
