What am I responsible for as a Hostess/Host at SoNapa Grille?
- I will keep my area clean and organized.
- I will clean and reset tables in a with a sense of urgency according to SoNapa Grille standards
- I will support the service staff to help ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- I will pre-bus tables as needed
- I will polish and roll silverware
- I will support the dishwashing area by running plates and glassware as needed
- I will keep restrooms clean and stocked during the shift
- I will support all areas of the restaurant as needed
- I will be aware of my surroundings and support guests needs, whatever they may be
- Should be upbeat, positive and outgoing
- No previous restaurant experience necessary
- Must be willing to work on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to communicate clearly with our guests
- Must be well groomed at all times
- Must have a genuine sense of hospitality
