What am I responsible for as a Hostess/Host at SoNapa Grille?
- I will make a memorable first impression with a warm and friendly greeting.
- I will open the front door for our guests, when possible.
- I will make a genuine connection with our guests by engaging them in conversation when possible.
- I will use the technology available to manage and coordinate the waitlist and seat Guests with a sense of urgency.
- I will keep my area clean and organized.
- I will use the guests name to make a personal connection.
- I will walk guests to tables and a comfortable pace
- I will deliver menus with a smile and inform the guests of their servers name
- I will be aware of my surroundings and support guests needs, whatever they may be
- I will document and communicate special occasions with the Leadership team and the service team
- I will open the door for guests as they leave, when possible, while showing genuine gratitude for their patronage and a heartfelt invite to return
- Should be upbeat, positive and outgoing
- No previous restaurant experience necessary
- Must be willing to work on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Must be able to communicate clearly with our guests
- Must be well groomed at all times
- Must have a genuine sense of hospitality
