The ideal candidate for the Client Services Specialist role is organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day communications with clients and coordinate tasks within our team, ensuring smooth engagement execution. What are you responsible for?
- Serve as the main point of contact for small to midsize engagements, managing day-to-day communications for clients.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and send meeting minutes.
- Manage Monday.com boards for assigned client accounts.
- Assist with tracking and reporting client performance metrics.
- Assist with ad trafficking for paid social ads based on company bandwidth.
- Support and field billing and invoicing inquiries, as needed.
- Ensure client expectations are met while maintaining clear communication and setting appropriate boundaries.
What do we expect from you?
- 0-4 years of experience in client services, project management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Ability to professionally field questions when information is not readily available (“Let me check with the team and get back to you”)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to attend local in-person client meetings, as needed.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com or similar). Advance understanding of Sheets/Excel preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts . (This role is not currently tasked with managing organic social.)
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. As a small team, you will be asked to support tasks outside of your core responsibilities, as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
