Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Manage office supplies and ensure an organized workspace
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Support executives and team members with administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
