We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Coordinator to support and enhance the internal and external communication efforts of our company. This role involves developing clear messaging, coordinating communication projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing communication strategies
- Draft, proofread, and edit content for newsletters, press releases, emails, and company announcements
- Maintain internal communication systems to ensure up-to-date information sharing across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project communication needs
- Ensure consistency in voice, style, and branding in all communication materials
- Monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives and report on outcomes
- Support company events, presentations, and internal meetings with written and verbal communication materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a communications or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
