Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept to execution
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and event staff to ensure seamless communication
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and venue coordination
- Help with the setup and breakdown of events
- Assist with event marketing and promotional efforts
- Handle event-related documentation and reports
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs according to plan
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during events
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event ideas and themes
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle unexpected situations
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of event management software (a plus)
- High school diploma required; a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
