Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities
- Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation
- Maintain communication with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of event plans
- Prepare event materials, schedules, and reports
- Support onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective event planning
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each event
