We are looking for a Sr Client Partner/ Engagement Manager who has got good experience working with Northern Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' business needs.
- Client Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Sales Strategy and Execution- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Solution Development- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging the company's products and services.
- Financial Management- Oversee the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability
- Market Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Typically requires 10 years in the IT industry with a focus on sales and business development, particularly within the BFSI sector.
- Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the BFSI industry's dynamics. Must have good experience working with CXO Level.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is often required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
