This role is responsible for the evolution of the HSE program across a PSM / High Hazard plant. The successful candidate will lead the HSE team, ensuring effective implementation of industry standards. The role will continuously improve the HSE strategy and drive cultural change across the business unit.
The role is based in North West Ohio, with the precise location available upon engagement!
Required:
- Degree Qualified
- Strong working history of HSE Management within a High Hazard Chemical plant
- Expertise in the successful review, mitigation and implementation of the HSE programme
- Ability to inspire and lead HSE team, leading by example with a ‘boots on the ground’ mentality
- Strong worth ethic and inspirational leadership skills
