We are seeking a project management Intern who is passionate about improving processes and projects more efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with the project management team, engineers, QA, and other stakeholders to enhance the development process for software-defined vehicles. You will contribute to our development and control process by generating ideas, automation, testing solutions, and documenting process change and tracking feature and change requests. Throughout your internship, you will advocate for the project best practise, align product goals with business objectives, and present your solutions effectively to the team.
Internships will begin in June and end in August or September 2025.
The TPM Intern will work with the TPM team and assist each TPM in all aspects of our on-going projects including data collection, analysis, preparing status reports, and preparing other documentation, new Confluence pages, and working with JIRA Querries and Dashboards. TPM Intern will become familiar with the types of projects and the phases that each project is in. Each project will have a bit of uniqueness.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of analytics, tables, graphs, and dashboards at release level, feature development level, and bug level; working closely with TPM Team
- Time from opening to closing tickets by priority
- Assist in following up with teams on backlog tickets; assist in cleanup of old ticket
- Work with TPM and Eng teams in proper setup and tracking of all Agile tickets, dashboards, standups, and post Sprint retrospectives
- Assist in the creation of Project Management templates for common functions and store in a centralized location
- Assist in resource requirements generation, resource allocation tracking, and insuring all defined tasks are in JIRA and have proper sizing and timeframe requirements; assist in standardization of resource tracking methods for all projects
- Become fluent in the Sonatus Product Lifecycle from Concept/Requirements to Customer delivery and acceptance
- Assist in JAMA beta testing and verification
- Create TPM Onboarding documentation page and pull together initial standard reference materials
- Document control tracker (Assign doc #, type, date, revision, department, owner, and folder location, etc.) on Confluence
- Tracking customer new feature / change requests.
