What You Will Do :
- Monitor receivables and collection of over-due balances and account reconciliation
- Job account maintenance and monitoring lien deadlines and complete lien releases upon request
- Coordinate collection / customer disputes between Sales / Operations and the customer
- Provide customer support and process customer payments and process refunds
- Monitor customer credit limits and credit holds
- Answer phones and customer service
- Other duties as assigned
