We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Data Governance and Strategy . In this pivotal role, you will establish and maintain a robust data governance framework that empowers our enterprise-wide analyst community and ensures the delivery of accurate, actionable data that drives valuable decision making.
What You Will Do :
- Data Governance Framework : Develop and implement comprehensive data governance policies that encompass data quality, security, privacy, and compliance. Your expertise will help standardize data management practices across the organization.
- Collaboration with IT : Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure data integrity and mitigate potential security risks, fostering a secure data environment.
- Strategic Data Initiatives : Create a clear roadmap for data initiatives that align with our business goals, setting both short-term and long-term objectives to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Power BI Development : Lead the development of Power BI datasets and dashboards, providing training to stakeholders on how to derive meaningful insights from these tools.
