Job Description Summary

A Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers quickly and accurately. They act as a bridge between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring a smooth and timely food service.

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist servers in providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure accuracy in the presentation and delivery of dishes.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Assist in the clearing of dishes and resetting tables as needed.
• Help with any additional duties as required by the kitchen or serving staff.
• Relay important messages between kitchen staff and servers, such as order modifications or food availability.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food is handled properly.
  
  
  

### **Skills & Qualifications:**

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and carrying heavy trays.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus, but not required.

• Fast-paced environment, primarily in dining and kitchen areas.
