Job Description Summary
Coordinate Convention Services activities at the hotel for meetings and conferences. Work with the Sales department for servicing of bookings and communicate all group requirements to hotel departments. Maintain function files. Verify necessary information, i.e., number of people, price and total costs with group contact(s). Coordinate food, beverage and table arrangements and complete as specified. Responsible for complete follow-up and coordination of services for assigned groups.Job Description

- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
- Review hotel status and activities on a daily basis
