Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and maintain the cleanliness and organization of shelves and displays
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
