Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supervise the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Contribute to revenue management strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment that enhances team performance.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Assist in implementing budgeting practices that control costs while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Efficiently manage phone systems for both guest interactions and internal coordination.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or a related role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in guest services, with a strong ability to create exceptional guest experiences.
