Position Overview:

As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our salon, while providing exceptional support to our stylists and clients. Responsibilities:

• Client Experience:
• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort.
• Assist stylists with client consultations, shampooing, conditioning, and applying treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including workstations, shampoo bowls, and waiting areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and addressing any concerns promptly and graciously.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
• Stylist Support:
• Prepare and organize stylist workstations, ensuring all tools and products are readily available.
• Mix and apply hair color and treatments accurately, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist with blow-drying, styling, and finishing techniques.
• Maintain inventory of salon supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Assist with laundry, and keeping clean towels and capes available.
• Salon Operations:
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client bookings using our salon software.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with salon marketing and social media efforts, as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
