General Description:
As a Power Platform Specialist at Songer Services, your primary objectives will be to aid the internal Communications team in building Model-Driven and Canvas PowerApps, automating critical business data processes via Power Automate, and helping maintain the integrity of Songer’s cloud-based Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform (or comparable experience with the ability/drive to learn new systems). Core Requirements:
- Become a welcome addition to a growing team of technically capable listeners and thinkers who are planning and building the future of work at Songer Services.
- Collaborate and engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Domain experts to gain operational insights.
- Understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including connectors, gateways, and data integrations.
- Data Integration: integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- PowerApp Design: Design model-driven/Canvas PowerApps that provide a simple experience and support critical business processes.
- PowerAutomate Design: design complex triggered and automated workflows that efficiently support the interfaces and associated business processes.
- Data Reporting: use data modeling techniques to build PowerBI-based dashboards and reports to solve real-world issues.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
- Educate users and stakeholders on self-service solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
- Participate in technical communities to stay informed of best practices and changes within the broader discipline and share them with the organization.
Qualifications:
- Capable of continuous independent research and understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus:
- 2 years of experience in Power Platform development.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification PL-600.
- Actively participate in the Microsoft CoE, sharing knowledge and best practices and ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
