Nationally recognized legal services organization seeks a Human Resource Director who will plan, develop, lead and administer the policies and activities of the HR department. This is a key hire for a rapidly growing organization.
Requirements :
- Lead HR Department : Plan, develop, and administer HR policies and activities, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with the organization's mission and talent strategy.
- Staffing and Talent Management : Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention; manage hiring processes, including onboarding and background checks.
- HR Programs and Compliance : Administer compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management; ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- HR Systems and Training : Manage HR and payroll systems (currently Paycor), facilitate training programs, and maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills :
Compensation : $135,000 - 145,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
