Lead Software Engineer - Adobe Experience Manager

Soni Resources is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for our client. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of AEM experience, a Developer (Sites) certification, and a strong background in cloud integration, technical leadership, and large-scale web ecosystem support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AEM development & maintenance, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Manage cloud integrations, preferably with Azure or AEM as a Cloud Service.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement improvements.
  
• Architect scalable solutions that maximize AEM's capabilities.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of AEM experience and 10 years in IT.
  
• Adobe Experience Manager Developer (Sites) certification.
  
• Proven experience supporting large-scale websites with complex dependencies.
  
• Cloud expertise (Azure or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills in AEM development.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced cloud knowledge (Azure services or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
• Additional Adobe or cloud certifications.
