Tech Trainer

Global law firm is looking to add an IT Trainer in their New York office. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth software rollouts, conduct training for new hires, and provide on-demand training for staff, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver new hire training and ongoing training programs for attorneys and staff.
• Work with team to implement software rollouts.
• Participate in firm-wide projects such as testing, prototyping, and evaluating software.
• Create and distribute training materials like bulletins, QuickCards, and handouts.
• Maintain communication with office teams to identify training needs and offer just-in-time support.
• Support local office needs and provide training setup and troubleshooting support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in the legal industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in delivering technical training, specifically in legal or corporate environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS/macOS.
• Experience with legal applications such as Aderant Expert Time, Litera Compare, and others.
• Experience with eLearning software like Camtasia or Captivate is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
