Our client is seeking a Workday Financial Administrator to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance and HR who will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports, troubleshooting, configuration and managing Workday roles and security. This is a hybrid role that requires 1-3 days/week on-site in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area. In order to be considered for this role, you must be currently living local to the Plymouth Meeting, PA area.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily automated data transfers within the C1 environment.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Ledger and Banking integrations within Workday.
- Perform Bank Key configuration and security maintenance for financial transactions.
- Administer Workday Financial Integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and troubleshooting errors.
- Design, test, and deploy Workday Financial EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to support financial operations.
- Configure and manage Workday roles & security, ensuring compliance and access controls.
- Maintain and enhance General Ledger structure, financial hierarchies, and reporting frameworks.
- Bonus: Develop, optimize, and manage custom Workday reports to support financial analytics.
Cross-Functional Workday Administration (Finance, IT, HRIS):
- Administer role assignments & security group configurations across Workday.
- Execute Workday bi-annual release testing and system validation to ensure seamless updates.
- Provide technical login assistance, account provisioning, and troubleshooting for Workday users.
- Manage business process workflows, implementing enhancements for efficiency.
- Maintain and refine Domain Security Policies for financial and enterprise operations.
- Optimize ledger structures and business hierarchies, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Identify, recommend, and implement system enhancements, leveraging Workday's capabilities for automation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Workday Financials system administration, integrations, and security.
- Technical proficiency in Workday configuration, security management, and data integrations.
- Working knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and ledger structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex functions and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Analytical problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot Workday issues and optimize workflows.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and HRIS teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
