What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Soni Resources?
NY based Organization has an immediate need for a Finance Manager with at least 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will manage all financial operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Client accounting and invoicing
- Processing and payment of all business expenses
- Creating cash flow forecasting, budgets, and reporting
- Managing the general ledger and chart of accounts in QuickBooks
- Preparing the P&L and balance sheet
- Supervising payroll via partnership with PEO / platform
- Partnering with outside CPA for compliance and tax filings
- Coordinating company 401k management in partnership with platform and third-party administrator
- Supporting project team in interactions with client or new client procurement departments (e.g. providing financial, banking, insurance information to be onboarded as a new vendor in client systems)
- Annual diligence and financial reporting on company insurance policies (CGL, auto, umbrella, worker's comp, E&O liability, Fidelity bond for 401k etc.), and cost of benefits (health / dental / vision, etc)
- Supporting the collection and analysis of employee utilization data, headcount, billable hours to aid in staffing, utilization and pricing strategies

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
