Soni is currently seeking multiple full-time Legal Writers to provide writing support to a premier Law Firm in Miami, FL. As a Legal Writer, you will be responsible for working with attorneys and the legal team on writing projects related to business immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree (Bar license is not required) and a background in creative writing or journalism.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Write complex, compelling, and relevant content for cases / petitions to government entities.
Work closely with attorneys on writing projects and ensure accuracy of all information.
Proofread and edit case materials / content.
Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case status to supervisor.
Requirements :
Juris Doctorate degree and / or Masters in Creative Writing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3 years of experience of relevant experience in Legal Writing.
Business Immigration experience preferred, not required.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills are required.
Compensation : $50,000 - 75,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
