We are seeking an LMS Administrator to oversee the daily operations, configuration, and optimization of our client's Learning Management System. This role is responsible for tracking and assigning training, managing system functionality, and supporting content integration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with instructional designers, IT teams, and employees to enhance system efficiency, ensure compliance, and streamline training workflows.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, education, business administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience managing an LMS or similar training platform
- Hands-on experience with assigning courses, recording completions, and managing training schedules
- Strong technical skills in LMS configuration, troubleshooting, and system audits
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, accessibility standards, and eLearning content compatibility
- Experience generating reports and analyzing training metrics using tools like Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000
