Monmouth County based organization is looking to add a Manager of Data Analytics to their team. This candidate will be responsible for oversight of a team of data analysts and will cross collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and other departments.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Data Analysts for a fast-growing, complex healthcare TPA.
- Present findings and perform analysis using the company's key metrics, creating tracking / reporting for key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain weekly / monthly dashboards and reporting for Data Analytics, Finance, and Accounting departments.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
- Analyze data, identify trends / inconsistencies, pull insights, and summarize in reports that can be used for further research and tracking.
- Organize data into presentation-ready reports.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
- Send the data to the Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure accurate reporting.
