This includes managing the accurate calculation and distribution of partner compensation, handling equity and profit-sharing arrangements, and ensuring compliance with the firm's partnership agreement and applicable tax laws. The role requires a strong understanding of partnership accounting, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with partners and other key stakeholders in the firm.
Requirements :
5 - 7 years' experience in professional services (law firm or public accounting)
Bachelor's in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of partnerships
Strong technical accounting experience
Preferred Skills : Audit
Tax experience
Compensation : $155,000-$165,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
