We are seeking an experienced Audio/Visual and Broadcast Production Engineer to provide daily on-site support for A/V systems, live events, and production technology at our client’s Midtown Manhattan offices. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a polished, professional presence in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broadcast Production:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex broadcast system issues (switchers, routers, robotic cameras, audio consoles, etc.).
- Design and execute production workflows based on event/show requirements.
- Provide hands-on support for live productions.
- AV Management:
- Configure and support Crestron systems, Dante networks, and QSYS audio distribution.
- Maintain AV equipment and infrastructure, including LED walls, signage systems, projection, and conferencing platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on hardware/software upgrades.
- Proficiency in reading AV system diagrams and supporting live corporate events.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast, Media, AV Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in AV engineering or broadcast production roles.
- Technical certifications such as CTS, Crestron, Dante, and QSYS highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of systems such as Lightware, Barco, Ross Video, QSC, Cisco.
Compensation: $80,000 - 100,000
