Soni Resources is partnering with a rapidly growing Elevator Construction organization near Union County, NJ seeking a skilled Collections Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire collections process, including customer contact, dispute resolution, and implementing strategies to maximize cash flow.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of automated collection processes within their new software.
- Analyze accounts receivable, reconcile customer accounts, and prepare accurate collection reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- 4-6 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Elevator industry experience is a significant plus.
- Experience in the service industry, particularly construction, HVAC, or fire safety, is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups.
- Experience with accounting software, with a preference for Gaviti.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
