Our client is looking for a Data Analytics Consultant with Pharmaceutical Expertise to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Visualization: Design and create advanced data visualization dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate insights tailored to pharmaceutical industry needs.
- Data Workflow Development: Develop and test data workflows in Databricks to transform, cleanse, and structure data for analytics and reporting.
- In-Depth Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to support strategic decision-making within pharmaceutical projects.
- AI and ML Innovation: Apply AI and ML concepts to drive innovation and solve complex pharmaceutical business challenges.
- Strategic Development: Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans for pharmaceutical data solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders, to identify and address complex challenges.
- Client Engagement: Manage client interactions from discovery to final recommendations and implementation, ensuring alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data and analytics, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
- Expert-level skills in data visualization platforms, including Tableau and Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to create business cases and strategic recommendations in a pharmaceutical context.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong storytelling and presentation abilities to convey insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead and execute project development in dynamic, client-focused environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources, compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation: $150,000 a year
