The Data & Applications Specialist will manage data flow and applications to support fact-based reporting, analysis, and decision-making across the firm. This role will oversee reporting strategies, support vendor-based tools, organize cross-department knowledge, and enhance internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the firm’s Knowledge Management platform, Foundation.
- Analyze financial, relationship, and engagement data to generate insights that support business growth.
- Maintain firm KPI dashboards and integrate data from PowerBI, Qlik, CRM (InterAction), and Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in analytics and reporting.
- Lead process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train teams on best practices, data interpretation, and the use of analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Knowledge Management, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, research, or project management.
- Proficiency in Foundation, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
