Innovative and fast growing Martech Company has an immediate need for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. This role will work closely with financial and company leadership to support overall financial strategy as the company continues to scale rapidly. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while providing strategic guidance to support long-term growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting- ensure the timely and accurate preparation of insightful financial reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Headcount Management – develop, implement, and manage headcount planning processes and shares services financial models
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and board members to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Strong background in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount analysis & planning, and financial modeling
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear and actionable insights
Preferred Skills:
- MBA
- 2 years of experience in Investment Banking
Compensation: $150,000-$170,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
