We are actively recruiting for an experienced e-Discovery Project Manager to join a top-tier law firm. This individual will manage the full lifecycle of complex eDiscovery projects—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms, deep knowledge of the EDRM framework, and a strong background in litigation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects, from data collection through production.
- Collaborate with attorneys, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and secure project delivery.
- Manage processing, review workflows, and quality control of electronically stored information (ESI).
- Monitor timelines, mitigate project risks, and ensure adherence to FRCP, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic guidance.
- Ensure data security, chain of custody, and defensible practices across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; JD or legal background preferred.
- 4 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or information governance.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, NuixDiscover, Everlaw, RelativityOne).
- Certifications such as CEDS or RCA are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; PMP certification a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Compensation: $125,000 - 140,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
