We are recruiting an experienced eDiscovery Specialist on behalf of a prestigious global law firm. The ideal candidate will support multiple concurrent eDiscovery matters, ensuring the secure handling, processing, and production of client data while delivering exceptional service to legal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks across multiple eDiscovery projects, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide advanced support in Relativity: user setup, security permissions, review workflows, search logic, analytics, and production.
- Facilitate data transfers via media devices/SFTP, ensuring secure and accurate logging.
- Assist attorneys and legal teams in leveraging advanced analytics and active learning tools.
- Deliver end-user training on eDiscovery platforms and workflows.
- Identify project risks and apply best practices in compliance with EDRM standards.
- Collaborate with related teams (e.g., legal tech, project management) to streamline services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant eDiscovery experience.
- Strong proficiency in Relativity; advanced admin experience required.
- Relativity Certified Administrator (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with tools like Nuix and forensic data collection techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and occasionally support off-hours work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, or related field preferred.
Compensation: $100,000 - 125,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
