The Human Resources (HR) Manager will oversee all HR functions within the organization, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will act as a key advisor to leadership and staff on HR-related issues and will ensure that all HR processes align with the company’s goals and culture. This position is also responsible for identifying training and development needs for employees, create or source appropriate training programs, organize and coordinate ongoing employee development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
