Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring project success.
- Oversee team activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in data engineering, ETL development, and analytics.
- Technical Oversight:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using tools such as Talend, Informatica, or equivalent platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files).
- Lead the development of data workflows to ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient transformation for business use.
- Data Analytics & Machine Learning:
- Oversee the integration of machine learning models into existing data pipelines and ensure scalability and performance.
- Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis, to derive actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align data engineering projects with organizational goals.

- Operational Excellence:

- Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.
