Seeking a proactive professional to manage office operations, procurement, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced healthcare/pharma environment. This role ensures smooth daily functions, supports event planning, and collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor contracts
  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and budget tracking
  • Support IT coordination and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Assist in planning company events and special projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management or procurement
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred:

  • Experience with Concur and vendor contract management
  • Background in healthcare/pharma industry


Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
