Soni Resources is seeking an experienced Sr. PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst to support and enhance our clients PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system. This role involves implementing new functionality, optimizing business processes, and providing technical expertise in development, integrations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support custom processes, reports, interfaces, security, workflows, and data conversions.
- Work with PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher to build and optimize solutions.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and documentation.
- Provide 24/7 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system performance.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive system enhancements and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development and support.
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools, Oracle databases, and PeopleSoft modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
- Experience with North American Payroll is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
