Responsibilities:
- Handle both Pre-litigation and Litigation cases from inception to resolution
- .Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys to enhance office operations
- .Communicate effectively with clients, law firms, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and expert witnesses
- .Prepare settlement disbursements and coordinate with the accounting department for check requests
- .Support intake efforts by coordinating with the New Client Team to assess new cases
- .Open and close client files, including obtaining and organizing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
- .Manage a caseload of up to 80 cases, ensuring timely updates and follow-up

Requirements
- : A minimum of five years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with a focus on Personal Injury la
- w.High School Diploma and Paralegal Certification or equivalent qualification
- s.Strong knowledge of New Jersey e-courts and familiarity with N.J. court rules and legal procedure
- s.Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skill
