Our client is looking for a Product Data Integrity Specialist who serves as the ultimate authority on all product-related data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization across all platforms. No product launches, and no orders are fulfilled, without meeting the highest data integrity standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, rigorous validation of product information, and a zero-tolerance policy for inaccuracies.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Order Review: Conduct a 100% review of all incoming orders to confirm data accuracy—without exception.
- Data Quality Control: Challenge, correct, and reject any product submissions that contain errors or missing information.
- System Expertise: Maintain full command over product data management across ERP (VAI S2K), B2B ecommerce (Adobe Commerce), B2C ecommerce (Shopify Plus), and third-party marketplaces.
- Product Catalog Mastery: Memorize and track over 7,000 SKUs to instantly identify discrepancies.
- Audit & Compliance: Continuously enforce stringent data standards across all platforms to maintain consistency and reliability.
- Product Data Management & Validation
- Rigorously review and approve only complete, accurate product submissions from vendors and internal teams.
- Validate product categorization, weight, and certification details to ensure compliance.
- Demand necessary corrections before product data is entered into the system.
- Order Accuracy & Compliance
- Verify every order for correct SKUs, pricing, and category placement.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies within 24-48 hours.
- Cross-check product details across ERP, ecommerce platforms, and warehouse management systems.
- Data Entry Oversight & System Proficiency
- Manage SKU creation, categorization, and attribute mapping in VAI S2K ERP.
- Ensure listing accuracy, pricing validation, and order guide management in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Optimize B2C product data, marketplace integration, and customer-facing details in Shopify Plus.
- Analyze pricing, validate margins, and detect errors using TrackMax.
- Verify inventory data integrity, warehouse slotting, and weight accuracy in BFC Dakota WMS.
- Cross-Platform Data Synchronization
- Eliminate discrepancies between ERP, ecommerce platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Conduct audits to identify and correct missing product details, outdated media, and inconsistent formatting.
- Product Data Optimization & SEO Enhancement
- Ensure all product descriptions are customer-focused, SEO-optimized, and structured for maximum search visibility.
- Resolve categorization and tagging issues that impact search functionality across B2B and B2C platforms.
- Internal Collaboration & Compliance Enforcement
- Hold internal teams accountable for maintaining data integrity.
- Work closely with buyers, sales teams, and warehouse managers to prevent and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Identify and proactively address systemic data entry issues before they affect operations.
Requirements:
- Uncompromising commitment to data accuracy, process improvement, and operational efficiency, ensuring that every product listing meets the highest standards before reaching customers.
- Ability to memorize and manage a large volume of SKUs (7,000 )Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience). 2 years of experience in product data management, ecommerce operations, or ERP systems administration. Prior experience with B2B/B2C ecommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify Plus, or similar systems. Experience in ERP and WMS systems is a plus.Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.Attention to detail with zero tolerance approach to errors.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accurate environment where precision is key.
